Berrington Hall boasts beautiful interiors, servants’ quarters, colourful gardens and stunning landscaped parkland.

This year visitors can hear about the fascinating stories of the families that made the mansion their home.  There will be atmospheric lighting and smells to give a lived-in feel to some of the rooms.  The ‘below stairs’ areas of the mansion, which include the Butler’s Pantry, Victorian laundry, Georgian dairy and newly opened back stairs and Butler’s Bedroom, can be explored, to gain an insight into the lives of the servants. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Berrington Hall is open from Saturdays to Wednesdays between 7 March and 1 November.  Visitors can enjoy house tours during the first two hours of opening.  The ‘below stairs’ areas, garden, shop, tea-room and park walks are open from Saturdays to Wednesdays between 9 March and 1 November and every day during half term and school holidays.  The property is then open at weekends only between 7 November and 20 December.
